Welcome and we are glad you are a tenant of Dasa Properties LLC. The following links will help you to request information, request repairs (non-emergency) and general inquiries. General Tenant Rules and Reguations
* NO PETS ALLOWED.
* Any and all rent payments will be applied to any previous balance owing.
* Security Deposit can not be used in place of rent.
* It is the tenant's responsibility to keep all tenant. responsible utilities on during the period of occupancy.
* At the time of move out the apartment will be broom clean and left in the same condition it was rented in.
* All tenants are required to follow all local, state and federal government regulations with regards to the property- example - proper storage of garbage totes, lawn upkeep, etc.
* It is the tenant responsibility to keep the yard free of debris and unregistered vehicles.
* While you are a tenant the property will not be used for illegal purposes or in any violation of local state or federal law.
* It is the tenant responsibility to maintain the smoke detectors in good working order by replacing the batteries every 6 months.
* We do not accept cash payments for your rent - please pay by check or money order.
* Any and all checks returned from the bank are subject to bank fees- once a check is returned you will loose the privilege to pay by check .
