Buffalo has a higher portion of affordable homes than most of the U.S..  With low foreclosures and a strong local job market it is listed as the top 10 cities to watch in 2011.  As cited in the Buffalo News an Inman News report ranks the Buffalo-Niagara region in the top 10.  The foreclosure rate fell 43.5% in 2010, one of the lowest in the nation
