According to an article published in the Buffalo News on 6/1/11, housing prices keep falling and are affecting major metro areas.  In Western New York home prices have been appreciating, as this area has sidestepped the housing crisis.  Many ecomonists predict prices to fall another 5 %.  Buffalo is still proving to be a good place to buy and invest.
