Many tenants do not carry any sort of insurance on their valuables and possessions. Not realizing that their landlords insurance does not protect their possessions and valuable items. We recommend that all tenants obtain a renters insurance policy to protect their possessions in any unforeseen catastrophe, fire, theft etc. Protection is more affordable then many may think and could prove invaluable if ever needed.
